More and more studies are released on almost a daily basis on how stress relates to our physical health, and why wouldn’t it. Everything in our environment affects us in one-way or another. The intangible things we put into our minds are just as important as the food we eat. Debt management is one of the main culprits when it comes to the types of stress that take the biggest toll.
A study done in 2013 form Northwestern University found that adults 24-32 that had high debt-to-assets ratios, generally reported to have poor health. Their blood pressure also tended to be higher as well.
